You can select from available markets in the campaign building tool. While event-level targeting isn't available yet, you can choose your campaign window to align with key dates.
6. How often will my ad play?
You decide! Based on your selected number of plays, venues, and campaign dates, your ad will be spaced throughout that period for optimal exposure.
7. What’s the minimum budget or number of plays?
Minimums vary slightly by market, but most campaigns can start with as few as 1000 plays. Pricing is fully transparent inside the builder.
8. Where are the screens located inside venues?
Screens are placed in high-traffic areas such as concourses, entrances, lounges, and food service zones, ensuring strong visibility.
9. Can I track or verify that my ad played?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation of campaign start, and post-campaign reporting is available by request, showing play logs and screen activity.
10. What types of ads perform best?
Short, visually engaging ads with clear branding and simple messaging perform best. QR codes, local offers, and brand awareness creatives all work well.
11. Can I cancel or change my campaign once submitted?
Once a campaign is submitted and confirmed, changes are limited. However, if your campaign hasn’t yet started, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments.
