1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Contest Period
The contest begins November 1, 2025, and ends December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. All eligible campaign purchases or valid no-purchase entries received during this time will be entered.
3. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
a) Automatic Entry: Every eligible advertising campaign purchased through the RadiusAds platform during the contest period equals one (1) entry.
b) No Purchase Necessary: To enter without a purchase, send an email to
[email protected] with the subject line “RadiusAds Contest Entry.” Include your full name, business name, address, phone number, and a brief note (25–50 words) about why your business values local advertising. Each valid email will count as one (1) entry.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $5,000 advertising campaign on the Sports Digital Network (SDN), running for six (6) months starting March 1, 2026.
Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and follows all regular campaign and creative terms as outlined for RadiusAds customers.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about January 15, 2026.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified by email using the address provided in their entry or campaign purchase.
- If no response is received within 10 business days, another winner may be chosen.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to being contacted for contest administration and campaign-related updates. RadiusAds and SDN reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who violates these terms.
7. Privacy
All personal information collected will be used only for administering this contest and campaign communication, in accordance with RadiusAds’ privacy policy.
